I've just purchased and downloaded the new X3, I've copied the entire library to my site and trying to get the styler working as documented, however I can't get the menu to load on my page..

i.e. I'm using the following as described in the following documentation https://www.photo.gallery/x3docs/styler/

www.mydomain.com/x3/galleries/?styler

But it doesn't show the style banner.. What am I doing wrong?

Including a link would make this really easy to solve. Until then, I can only guess:
  • Do you see the "styler" icon in our demo gallery?
  • Don't you see the same icon as above in your own X3 website?
  • Did you disable the styler button from main settings?
  • What browser are you using?
  • "however I can't get the menu to load on my page" ... you speaking of the styler or something else?

Thanks Karl, I do see it in your demo, so that will rule out my browser (I've tried both FF and Chrome). I don't think I've disabled it, unless it is by default. Where should I look?

settings -> Style -> "Show Styler", should look like this:

If it looks like the above, but still doesn't display, please can you send a link by PM.

How do you remove the white gap at the top of the page?  I think it's where the ?styler should go, but even when I disable it, it's still there.

What white gap? In the link you sent me per PM, I see this:

WITHOUT styler:

My screenshots are from Chrome on Mac. You see it in our demo or other X3 sites? Did you somehow upgrade from your early beta version to the latest release, or was it a clean install? Screenshot? Hard to diagnose this, as it's not been reported.
