Instagram social plugin in the footer?
Is it available with the same style of Facebook?

What do you mean "instagram social plugin"? Never heard of it. And what do you mean "same style of Facebook"?
You can add a LINK in footer, that links to your Instagram account, and shows the Instagram icon.
