You mean you want to enable this on a per-image basis? For example, the image is blurred, until the user clicks on it? Sorry, this is not possible in X3. This is normally an option on image services like Reddit and Instagram on a per-post basis.
I can only suggest that you keep add warnings before entering specific galleries, or even show a warning modal after entering galleries with NSFW content.
