Hi Kirl,
Is it possible to allow visitors to my website to choose how folders or photos are sorted? I usually set my folders and gallery's to shuffle or a custom order, but in some cases it could be useful for a visitor to sort them by date or by name, for example. Would this be possible via a URL parameter? Of course, another approach would also be fine.

Unfortunately this is not possible in X3, because the SORT order is assembled on the server, based on your sort settings. Pages are then cached when output. Sorting from the user would require galleries and folders to sort by Javascript, but X3 doesn't currently support this. My other app www.files.gallery does support user-sorting, but this app is quite different obviously.
