Hi. I am trying to set the Fotomoto cart. Unfortunately the button is not showing on mobile devices. Any advice please ? Thanks

Thanks, mine is not appearing on desktop either when clicking on the photo.

Do you have a link? If private, please send to karl @ photo.gallery. If possible, please also include a screenshot of Fotomoto settings. By default, the buy button will only appear on mobile devices in the popup. Also, if you for example have disabled the popup caption, then the button won't appear either, because it's inside the caption. There are several variables that may cause issues.

Hi Karl, I've sent you an email with link and credentials. I have same settings on the plugin. It's when you click on any photo, the button isn't showing. And on mobile device the button is not there at all. not sure what could cause that.

So basically you have fotomoto DISABLED for mobile devices (as you can see at the bottom of your screenshot). And for "only show in popup" you have "mobile devices", but Fotomoto is disabled for mobile devices.

If you want Fotomoto buttons to appear on BOTH the layout and the popup, and you want enabled on mobile devices, change to "only show in popup": NO, and UNCHECK "disable for small mobile devices".

You may need to specifically enable Fotomoto popup button in your popup caption settings. It works in the demo:

Difficult for me to see all your settings. If you can provide panel login, I can take a closer look.
