Will the new features in the Files Gallery 0.9.0 be added to the Gallery program?

You mean if X3's complimentary Files Gallery installation will get updated? Yes, I will start a new minor X3 version shortly, where latest Files Gallery will be included.

In the meantime, you could upgrade manually:

1. Download latest index.php and replace your files/index.php
2. Download and replace latest files/_files/plugins/files.x3-login.php.
