You mean assign different slideshow time interval for each image in a gallery? Sorry, no not possible.

You are speaking of the transition for slideshow play mode. By default, when set to "inherit" it will use the same transition as when you navigate, but here you have the option to instead assign a different transition when in "play" mode (autoplay).

Sorry, popup slideshow interval is only a global option.
