Understood. But X3 will always prioritize EXIF date (camera date taken) when sorting by DATE, as this does make sense for most users. If you want to override this, you would have to do one of the following:
- Strip image EXIF data on upload or before upload.
- Or just use custom sort, as new images will arrive on top anyway, after any initial sort.

Sure, but what happens if you upload multiple images? You would have no concept of order for these images between themselves, as they would have the same upload date or random millisecond differences. Maintaining sort order for "upload date" would require uploading one image at a time.
