Hi!

It would be a great feature if the formatting bar is always displayed in the editor. Maybe you could freeze it, like the menu bar from the admin panel, which is always visible? If you have a slightly longer text, you always have to scroll up to get to the functions. 

Perhaps. But why not click the fullscreen button if you are doing extensive text/html editing? It will lock the formatting topbar at the top of screen and emphasize editing:

Okay, then the subject is closed. :-) I have not registered the full screen mode at all. That would probably be better to work there.
