No no, it doesn't work like that. If your oneplus actually displayed like a 3120 (more than most desktop screens), then imagine how TINY the text and images would be ... Like most smartphones, it scales the screen so that the interface/text is big enough and looks normal. The high pixel resolution is only for quality. As you can see, you have 3.5x retina display, which means you have 3.5 pixels per viewport/display pixel.

I don't see how that is more useful than a proper mobile menu, which displays ALL items, when the visitor wants to see the menu. I don't see any advantage of sliding a menu so that only a few items are visible at the time ... besides, the menu will look "cut off" as if it doesn't fit on the screen.
