Hello, I know that thumbnail is not created automatically with X3, 
Can someone explain me how to create manually thumbnail for video files
Tried  TN-[Pic Name].jpg but didn't worked

I guess you are trying to achieve videos directly in the gallery layout then? Normally, uploaded videos will display SEPARATELY from the gallery, mainly because we can't create video thumbnails and therefore the videos won't go into the gallery layout. In your question, it's not entirely clear wht you are trying to achieve, but I assume you want an image in the gallery layout to "open" a video in popup mode?

The workaround for this if you want to create your own thumbnail:

1. Upload your video preview image as usual, with any name.
2. In gallery "edit" mode, link the image to the video {path}video.mp4.
3. You should now HIDE the uploaded video item (click the "eye" icon) so that the video does not also appear in the layout. You only want it to display once the video-preview image is clicked.
