So well, I'd like to add my website here too. Not sure if it stays like this but I think it's a good framework to start with. I might change to another design for a better fit. And I'm open if someone has any hint for improvements.

Clean and simple, very nice!

I think you can get rid of the black borders, they are a bit depressing (they remind me of "Trauerrand"), and the HOME link in the menu, people usually know to click the logo nowadays. And as much as I love your solution for imprint and privacy policy, I am not sure the icons fulfill the legal requirement of "easily recognizable", which might put you in danger of getting an "Abmahnung" (realistically speaking I think the danger is really very low, I am not even sure if you actually need an imprint, looks pretty private to me. Thank you for pointing out the "Trauerrand". That's exactly the things what you don't notice yourself and why it needs the feedback of others. The website is indeed just my private showroom and I think which is why it certainly doesn't need that recognizable icons, but anyway thanks for the link. Nevertheless, to avoid any doubts, I have added an explicit note to the imprint.

Love the vertical scroll you are using in /PORTFOLIO/ so simple to rapidly browse images without having to click thumbnails. Hardly anyone uses this for some reason. Also nice integration of breadcrumbs on gallery pages.

For me personally, scrolling a lot is quite tiresome. That's why I only use the vertical scroll for pages with just a few images like here: https://www.danielbollinger.de/portfoli ... aufnahmen/
