Hey,
So i saw some users have the profile tab and users tab near the setting tab available. After update i couldnt find any of those tabs up there. Could you explain how a user can achieve that?

That is the database-version of the X3 admin panel. It has a few small advantages: You can edit your profile directly from the panel (instead of using config.php), create additional users, and use a "forgot password" link on login page if you forgot password. If you don't need any of these db-specific features, you might as well just keep the non-DB version.
