Good afternoon,
Everithing used to work for many years, but this morning, I tried to connect to the panel with basic id/pwd (admin admin), but I get a 403 error.

How can I get it work?

You sure the link is correct? This is something on your server, because X3 does not return "forbidden". Either it's a server firewall blocking the URL, or the url/path to your panel does not exist or is incorrect.

If you can offer a link, I can check at least.
