Resize won't work with the new version

Hi,
Since the new version, the resize system doesn't work anymore. The option is enabled in panel, and when I want to upload a picture, the checkbox is disabled. I check it, and if I click on upload, the size of my picture is the same.
Can you help me?
php version : 7.4 and tested with 7.3
