In the Carousel Layout, The page navi button should be there when mouse arrow near the little dot.
I check the Demo page, Edge shows right, Chrome missed. Edge: 25.10586.0.0
Chrome:51.0.2704.106 m (64-bit)

Sorry, I don't quite understand the question. This is Google Chrome, when mouse moves over any area of the carousel, from this sample page.

I use Windows 10 64bit, checked again with IE Edge Chrome, This page

I can't s screenshot the mouse arrow with, so I take photos
Edge Chrome IE the other pages use Carousel Layout is the same.

I will take a look next week when I have access to a Windows computer. In the meantime, perhaps someone else can confirm this?

All confirmed on Windows 10 64bit!
Addtion: Mozilla does show de navigation buttons.

Now, I do see the Navi buttons on Chrome and IE

No ... Might be something random ... will have to investigate ...
