I just noticed that when I sort images by name in the panel... the images don't seem to be sorted properly.

Do I have login to your panel so I could check? It seems to work locally here on my file names ... There will be a few bugs in the panel, but unless they are critical, some of these issues will just be added to the queue of things to do for next major panel release.

I found this while trying to take actions on the images with the gallery open on the front end (http://www.merelyafleshwound.com) so I could see what image I was managing... but given that the front end is sorted by filename and the Panel's sort is broken... it was very difficult to manage the site. So while this may not seem critical... coupled with not being able to see the image in the Panel AND the sort not working... it pretty much makes it impossible to manage images on the site.

I'm gonna have to check with my partners on this issue ... I cannot recreate this issue from here, and sorting by name works as it should ... It seems it could be related to the file names somehow. I will get back to you as soon as I know something ...

Can you try to replace the two files inside the zip file in your /panel folder?

same problem at me, in panel the sorting works, but in gallery on my website the sorting is always the same. zip file doesn't chneg anything..

Otherwise i´m very satisfied with x3 ))

Sorry, what do you mean "zip file" doesn't change anything? The only way to change sorting in your gallery, would be to set sort:desc in the gallery setting.

This topic was about sorting in the panel, and that was solved after a fix.

... and what settings are you trying?

i tried sorting by date and sorting by name, but images in shown gallerys on website always stays in same sorting.

Do you have login to your panel so I can take a look? You are using the latest 0.9 version?
