Where exactly do you see that though? Even if it fails, the X3 updater script will not show that.

Your server have a Cloudflare?
You installed cURL for your php on the server?

I am aware of the issue with Cloudflare. This issue is already posted recently:

The reason I am asking where you got that screenshot, is because the updater does not load any page directly. If the cURL fails because of Cloudflare, it would just show like the screenshot below:

That's why I am wondering how you get to that Cloudflare page.

As for the Cloudflare issue, I am aware that it is affecting some users. May I ask your country/location so I can find the firewall event at Cloudflare? I could maybe whitelist your IP as a temporary solution ...

I just spoke to my server's tech support. They say that your server, or rather your Cloudflare, is blocking the update request.

Yes, and I already posted 4 links about this.

In my last email, I asked how you get to that page in the screenshot, because the x3 updater does not go there. And I also asked for your location so I can find the firewall event. Please read my replies and help me help you.

Strange, because that looks like Cloudflare on your server ... unless your PHP curl is outputting the response somehow, but I can't see how that works.

Anyway, I have now whitelisted your server IP 1**.1**.**9.**2. Please try again.

If that does not work, you can easily update manually. See docs below, scroll down to "Update X3 manually by FTP":

I am still looking into the issue, but it's a Cloudflare bug as highlighted in the links posted earlier. They have some "Bot Fight Mode" enabled which can't currently be bypassed.

I have now resolved the issue by updating to Cloudflare Pro to bypass a rule that should never be enabled in the first place. Please check!

Just to be clear, this is a Cloudflare BUG. I am trying to communicate with them, but they are not being very helpful. In the meantime, I had to pay for a feature that is not required.
