Can't choose gallery content from the index page on another page

I just created a landing page and wanted to insert the gallery content (Settings -> Gallery -> Advanced -> Gallery Assets) from my index page to this page but it doesn't appear in the dropdown list.
Is this a bug or a feature?

Hmm, there might have been a reason I excluded /index/ folder from being selected as an assets folder. It didn't seem logical at the time, but I don't see why it shouldn't work. I will look into it for next release.
The simple solution would be to use a hidden folder for your index page images. You can then assign that folder as ASSETS for both your index page, and the new landing page.

As I only needed three images on that page I just uploaded them again to a new gallery. Thanks, as always, for the quick help.

This has been resolved in latest X3 release. You can now select "index" folder for assets.
