Hi Karl

I trying to design a one-page website and for now we can't choose the position of the gallery, it's the last element of the page at the bottom just before the footer.
I would like to be able to choose the place of the gallery in my page.

Is it possible to add the possibility to choose the place of the gallery (block) in the page (same for the folders elements.) ?

Maybe something like the youtube code

<div class="flex-video widescreen x3-style-frame">
    <iframe src="//www.youtube.com/embed/A3PDXmYoF5U" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
</div>

Thanks

You can already choose the order of your page modules context, folders and gallery. Go to the Page settings, and scroll down to Advanced. You cannot sort the gallery below footer or above the menu, as they are global elements and not technically part of the loaded page.

Assume you mean you want to MOVE your gallery segment WITHIN your content, so you can wrap text/html above and below the gallery as you like? I see how this could be useful, but it's a pretty complicated procedure considering the technical nature of X3 galleries and all their layout settings. Something I will consider for the future.

Yes that’s what I would like. It would be very useful.

Yes it would be. This will have to be something we consider for the future. It has been requested earlier also.

My experience with this matter. Doable, though not very elegant. It is great that the gallery is so flexible and with some help even create things that are not so "natural"
