formatting ...within folders and menus

For layout formatting where a space is sometimes needed the present solution(?) is to number the folder or page to position it...
title: hide will cause the item to vanish and not leave the desired space.

but the 2. will be clickable in the menu and displays the parent gallery, and will appear as an untitled folder in that gallery.
There is a 2nd application as well. I have a menu item (stories) that has too many sub-folders so I call one ...more. I know I could add it another menu but keeping everything in the one megamenu simplifies the navigation. So ...more opens a gallery of folders and includes one called ...more
