Hello, does the panel allow mobile browser login? For those times when I've got a user group and someone forgot the user information and I'm at work or out on the go I can check it.

Yes it does. You can try!

Although the X3 control panel does work on mobile device, it is not optimized for usage from small screens. This will be improved in new panel 2.0 which we have planned.

That would have to be an issue with username/password. I am guessing, with the somewhat complex password, that your mobile browser may be getting a character wrong, or autocorrecting? Or an empty space?

I changed the password in panel, do I need to stick with the original for mobile

No, you need to use your updated password. There is no "mobile" detection in the panel ... A login is tested vs username/password, no matter what device the login attempt comes from.

I tried again, no dice, even tried recovery email and it doesn't recognized my account email address. Very strange, I'll try a different mobile browser from Chrome

I think the username is case sensitive because I got in now via mobile
