For error I renamed the contact folder in the menu. This launched the automatic form for email.
How I can Restore?
I try to rename but do not work :-)

You don't really need to "restore" the "contact" page. Just create a new page "contact" (or name it anything you like). From the page's "content" section, simply use the "magic wand" button to view content-templates, and then select the "simple contact form":
