Is link to download X3 - https://www.photo.gallery/***/x3.latest.zip - is correct ?
I have problem with download latest X3 - content version .

Yes it is correct. What kinda problems are you experiencing? I wonder if the server @ www.photo.gallery is having some latency problems.
You can try to download from here also:

PS! Please replace
* with the correct path segment for downloads (as the link you mentioned). Although the trial version is available on our
website, we still don't want this link directly available to public.
