Hi Karl,
In imagevue2 we had the option to edit the thumbnail and select and area. Now all the top of my images in grid thumbs are cropped and they are mostly portraits, so it's not really nice.
Thank you to let me know if there is a way to customize this or change ?

For images where it's important to maintain the original image aspect, why don't you disable CROP, and use either Justified or Columns gallery layout instead? (click the links to see examples)

There is no "thumbnail-crop" in X3, mainly because the concept of "thumbnails" doesn't really exist in X3. X3 creates- and outputs multiple sizes of all images, to suit any combination of layout/screen/device. CROP is only an option if you want all images in a single gallery to be symmetrical (identical aspect), but no unfortunately there is no "crop-selection" if you choose crop.

Ok i understand.   I will adjust then to what X3 options offers.
Thank you for your answer.
