Hi,
I want to add categories near of the page (same like little menu) in blog page. How can I do this?

Sorry, I don't understand the question ... what "near of the page"? and what "little menu" in blog page?

Sorry, you need to explain your question properly ... I have not idea what "Little menu" is, or where it is supposed to be ...

You can see web site at the bottom side; near of page "Filtreleme" means that group or filtre of subject on group. Is that possible adapt on our web page?

You mean this I assume?
What menu items do you want to add there? X3 will not build a menu like that for you, mostly because there is nothing for X3 to add there, and because X3 already has a menu (both sidebar and topbar).
If you know html well, you can build such a menu like that yourself into a page. X3 will not do it though.
