You can add multiple user to your X3 panel, if you use the database-version of the panel. When creating new users from the panel, you can decide the users permissions.

You need to go to /panel/install/ on your website, to complete the DB installation. After that is done, you can login with new admin user ...

1st step. You need to go to /panel/install/ on your website, to complete the DB installation.
2nd step. Go to /panel to fill it out DB detail then you can login again.
Now you need to override /config folder once again.
