Change Default thumb.jpg to own

OK, working on my site and wanted to share my site on Facebook. I want to change the Default Image to my own? I cannot seem to figure this out yet. Thanks in advance

1. Browse to each folders Settings tab > Details > Preview Image here you can setting it.

2. Before you share to Facebook. You can check it out by this tool.
