That is not really a "bar" as I see it ... its your main menu, attached to top of page, and will disappear when you scroll down. It only looks like a bar because you are using the special "menu-absolute-20" class, which positions it OVER the slideshow.
I assume you want it to disappear
only on your
start page, where it is layered over the slideshow, and when you don't have scroll? Unfortunately, I have to say no to this for now ... Such functionality would only be feasible when the menu is layered with "menu-absolute-*" anyway, and we don't want to over-complicate such a core element (main menu).
If you post requests like this in the
X3 features section, we may be able to re-consider it later.
