Since my gallery is about events, in each gallery I'd like to put the event date but if I put the date (like 02/02/2015 that stand for 02 february 2015) and in context tab -> Items I put the date, no date is shown but just the time passed from the event like 10 months ago. How can I make that the real date appear there?

Unfortunately, the date is currently locked to "time ago" format (as on Facebook etc). We need to include a date-format setting, so you can choose your own format. This will be available in next major release, so you will have to wait a bit for this feature.

In the meantime, you could add dates manually into the top of your page content something like this:

I'll wait for the next release since now the dates are in the description fields and are show as I like...
