How can I turn off that vertical images are always enlarged to the height of the browser window?

Landscape images are displayed in the correct size but portrait images are always larger than the pixel size of the image. On smaller screens its not that a big issue but on large screen with high resolution it is.

In the admin area portrait images are displayed in the correct size.

Anyhow, thanks for this great gallery software!

Hmm I wasn't aware of this to be honest, and I'm not sure why it's different in the panel. I will look into it ...

This issue is now fixed alongside a few other issues related to image-sizing for the popup. The fix will be available in 14.1, to be released shortly after New Year.
