I have problem with browser Firefox v. 37.0.2. and fonts Lato - look terrible.
Chrome , Opera and IE- not problem.
What to do ?

Interesting effect, but definitely because the font does not include those extended latin characters you are using. I don't know why Google deals with this better, but it does.

Try including the extended-Latin version of the Lato font ...

Lato:400,700,900,400italic,700italic,900italic&subset=latin,latin-ext

Which included in your X3 font setting, should look like this:

Lato:Lato:400,700,900,400italic,700italic,900italic&subset=latin,latin-ext|logo:italic,900|header:italic,bold|subheader:italic|topbar:bold,uppercase|sidebar:bold,uppercase,small|footer:italic|styled:italic
