Hi,

I hide submenu using "menu: hide" but when i mouseover the menu an it still trying to popup invisible item.

Please, when posting questions like this, can you include a link to your gallery? How am I supposed to understand what "trying to popup invisible item" means?

i dont know what happen but menu under journal is now working without submenu. before i can see submenu but without the menu. (same color as submenu about 5-8px dropping below journal)

Hiding all the pages in a menu might not allow the parent menu item to know if it should display a menu or not, and there may be some artifacts from a menu. Instead, try to add hideChildren inside the journal page, which will hide ALL child pages from this menu item.
