About Email setting

All the information above is correct, but it still can't work
How can i find out the problems?

I am pretty sure you need to set the
SMTPSecure to
tls or
ssl ... It would be very unusual to have password-authorized mail without SMTPSecure. You should try ...

You need to use "chrome inspector" (or similar in another browser), to view the post results after clicking "send".
It's not working in our demo either, because we did not set up mail yet on the server!

for my setting under microsoft outlook

It's not WORKING!
so where is the problem??
P.S. i also ask the tech. support from my web hosting company.
here is their reply:
Based on our examination, we suspect that your website failed to store the modified settings to the relevant profile.

Did you add SMTPSecure perhaps?

and i want to use this SMTP host.....
so the problem still here

I can only test it if you have it if you have it activated. Furthermore, I can tell you this is some mail setting that is incorrect, because as you can see, it works nicely with google or any other service. I personally think you need to use SSL or TLS setting, which you didn't have previously.

OK, now i change to host : mail.kungchan.com
can you help me test again??
also, i've already test tls|ssl|(empty)
none of these work...........

Did you just paste into the settings? The mail part of your settings is corrupted because it has been pasted incorrectly and I cannot test until the settings are added correctly. If you give me login to your panel, I can check everything easier.
