... and what screen size is that ... 1600px or bigger? Most screens (average 1280px) won't be able to show more items anyway. It is not beneficial to build a mega menu system that expands horizontally for large screens, and collapses elements vertically for smaller screens. Furthermore, just because a screen is wide, does not mean a human visitor has benefit of spread the text from the left to the right corner. The mega menu is by default limited within an 1140px "default" max-width for several practical and logical reasons.

Unfortunately, the answer is no.
