now i have make all folder settings .. push save
and now i click the next folder and he not save the old =(

better i install the db ?

or what is the problem ?

the admin have me give the tip for content folder via ftp make all to 777 i have it ..

i have now open the _shared.yml (editor) the side settings give save !!

the only what not give save is page !!

cant not write in page.yml the file have 777 hmm

i have now check my ftp .. the page file is in all folders .. the time was is createt is 3 hour behind the folder or the pictures is this normal ?

(i have chance to 777 behind the upload and behind the creating the folder ) i can test it and remove all and make all new for test when it help )

so i have now many tested...

- test new clean install in root
(Page save run not, normal settings save)

- test new install in subfolder
(Page save run not, normal settings save)

- test all files from x3 in 777
(Page save run not, normal settings save)

- test all functions behind a new install
(Page save run not, normal settings save, the demo content is in first view run (mega menu,styles etc ..when i save a little chance, all functions from the demo in mega menu run not! the menu go to a normal drop and down menu, can make new folders, can upload one or many pictures, can all make only save the page settings not .. )

- test db function ..
db is installed and the page save problem is same..

- test html edit per editor +ftp
run, no problems to dispay a logo

- test page edit in ftp
can edit, can upload ! no chances in panel or website

- test diag
all ok no problems

- other browser test
have test new IE, Firefox, chrome, safari, opera, comodo (can page not save, normal settings save ok)

i dont know where is the error .. hmm now this was all my ideas for fix the problem .. now can only the admin here me help ..

Was this in your log files, or on the page? The above is only warnings and notices, and should not affect the panel. To be honest, I don't believe the write problem is related to anything else than user/permissions somehow ... Perhaps your server requires a strict combination for the file, and the folder that contains the file. Any way you can offer me FTP login so I can take a look?

Good news and bad news ...

Good
The save is actually working, for all folders, and it is not related to permissions at all. In fact, you should be using your servers default permissions 750 (for folders) and 640 (for files) ... Basically you shouldn't have to set permissions at all on this server, but you might want to set them back from 777 ...

Bad
The bad news is that for some reason on your server, page settings get overwritten to default when you navigate back to a page that you had edited earlier. This looks like a problem with the PATH for some reason, as the panel seems to think the page settings file does not exist, so it overwrites the file with a new one.

I will look into this issue, but I might not have time until tomorrow!

Not yet ... We will be releasing 0.5 shortly with a lot of even more critical issues regarding getting things working with correct paths and mod_rewrite. We will look into this asap after the above release.
