How can I insert a simple image to a static page? Like my foto in "about" page with a fixed size.

Although we are now entering the world of "custom html snippets", there is in fact a small bug related to this that I need to fix before I would suggest anything. Please have patience, and I will reply to this post tomorrow at some point.
