Sorry to disturb you about this but we bought a licence of imagevuex a few years ago and I can't find the licence again (Licence Commercial).
I just have the order number and the mail (ImageVue Order). I can send it to you if you want.

Could you tell me how I can proceed to find my licence again ?

Hi John. What email or name was it purchased under? I can't find any license in your name or email used in the forums. I searched both X3 and Imagevue X2 databased, and there is nothing under "steed" (email and name).

Was it an X2 license from the previous version? And if so, are you trying to find it so you can upgrade with the 50% discount?
