Unable to login to the Panel

Yesterday I've tried tu update X3, unfortunately this time was not working. I probably made a mistake I'm unable to login to my panel. 
Karl if u are not too far.....help will be appreciated.

It's not entirely clear. You mean you tried to update, and it somehow failed to update, and after you could no longer login?

Please send link (and login) to karl @ photo.gallery so I can see if there is something wrong. It's not usual to have a "partial update" that stops half way. Normally it will completely fail or completely succeed.

First I've try tu update but failed avec clicking on the link, nothing, just a blank page.

And yesterday I've made a mistake with my password and forget it. I will send u email. Thanks

You managed to login, right? How did the update go? Did you manage to update automatically from Panel > Tools > X3 Updates?

Yes Karl I managed to login that's ok, 
Concerning the update, is not working automatically with the panel button don't know why. and same trough FTP. 
After diagnosis I'm always on 3.32.7

It's not working automatically as in what is the error message you get?

And how are you updating through FTP?

Do you have login to your panel so I can check? Send to karl @ photo.gallery. The automatic update might not work if your server is blocking outgoing connections or zip is disabled, so assuming this is the case. In this case, you would need to update manually by downloading the zip, and then uploading to server. If you do that correctly, then of course you are overwriting old files with new files, and it will definitely show the new version if you overwrite all files in the correct location.

What did you download? And what did you do after download? I'm not sure what you are doing or trying to do. Right now, I see you have index.php from www.files.gallery in your root, yet you are trying to upgrade your X3 www.photo.gallery ... Two entirely different applications. How did that index.php file get moved into your root? Please give me login, as I can help by just discussing here ...

I'm just trying to update my old version of imagevue to the last. I have download the package and send to the website folder trough FTP.

Seems Ok just need to put the licence key
Will send you my login and password to your email.

I checked your website https://www.gerardpastorelli.fr/ ... This is www.files.gallery, NOT Imagevue.

So for me to assist, you need to really let me know what you are trying to do. I am not sure why you have downloaded and installed Files Gallery (www.files.gallery), because that has nothing to do with Imagevue/X3, which is from www.photo.gallery. For upgrading X3, you would follow the instructions here:
https://www.photo.gallery/docs/help/updating/

If you want to install X3, please give me FTP login. I will delete Files Gallery, and install latest X3, and you will keep your current dirs.

Indeed I probably download th wrong files..... will send you FTP login for removing files gallery and re-install Photo gallery.
