Hi Karl and anyone who experience the same issue,
Basically I am uploading some photos via the PANEL backend and the photos are showing properly on the backend gallery but when I view it on the actual web page (even after refreshing the browser multiple times) the photos I just uploaded doesn't show up.
Anyone? thanks!

Are you using "preload website" set to "create"? The only other reason the page might not be updating, is if your server is somehow caching the respone.
I can only diagnose this, with a link to the specific page that isn't updating, and login to panel ... or if not panel login, at least a screenshot from the panel that shows the images, and a direct link to one of the images that are not displaying.

One more idea: If it is a new page/no images show up at all, there's also the possibility of the gallery being hidden in Settings > Gallery.
