Hi guys

I upload some images, but some of these, appear to be distorted.
I suspect that I exported from Capture One using a wrong sizing.

How is the best size in px, for images to be imported?

A bit hard to say exactly what this is without diagnosing. Could be some mismatch with EXIF orientation also if the photos were taken from a mobile device.

Depends. If you want high quality, I would recommend from 1600 px (long side) or even up to 2400 px. I wrote a post about this:
