Hello, Karl.

On your site, Support on the menu at the top shows THIS 

I believe I'm supposed to included, on the Settings|Page|Title, the following after the title:

But I am still unable to see the little square boxes after the title on my site's menu.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The title is not actually used in the menu, since the title may often be longer than you want in the menu. Try using the optional LABEL input for menu labels.
