Hi everyone,

My problem is that I can't access anymore to the gallery control panel. The password and username registered in my browser (firefox) are not working anymore.
How can I fix this problem ?

To reset your username/password, you can login to your website with FTP and open the file config/config.user.json. Locate the "username" and "password" settings. If the password is encrypted (very long), you can just change it directly in the file, and save (on server).

Unfortunately, my PC is down and I lost the FTP access registered in my FTP client...  :grimacing:

Then you need to contact your web hosting company and ask how to get access. Besides, most web hosting companies have a control panel where you can login and create/manage FTP accounts. You will need access to your website content to be able to manage your website ...
