There is no EMAIL input field in this form correct?

I see you are using X3.23.0. This version (and earlier versions) required an EMAIL input field to validate the sender. This requirement was removed in X3.24.0.

You either need to update to X3.24.0, which should be easy directly from the Panel > Tools > X3 updates. If you for some reason don't want to update, you would need to add a HIDDEN input field with name="email", and just add any email, which you can ignore when the email is received.

The contact form itself, created by X3, will send based on your settings under Panel>Settings>Mail. The challenge is, these settings need to be CORRECT and allowed by your server, because the X3 app itself does not and cannot actually SEND the email, but your SMTP or server does. Furthermore, some hosting (like godaddy), only allow sending email from their servers using THEIR SMTP servers. Are you on godaddy? If so, you will need to either use their SMTP servers to send, or allow a "sender" email from your godaddy hosting panel. If you can confirm that you are using godaddy, I can perhaps help further based on their restrictions.

Basically, godaddy are being difficult, but here is a solution posted by someone:
