Any design changes outside the STYLE settings, basically require custom CSS (which is how you style any website). If you have some knowledge about CSS and can use the browsers web developer toolbar to inspect elements, then you can easily style the element also with custom colors. If not, then I can help, but is is limited.

Fonts are set from settings->styles->font. Did you try the STYLER interface to try out different font combinations? Here are some slightly outdated docs, but still valid for the font settings:
