Emoji
Cool!

All default smilies ;) are replaced by high-resolution emoji from emojione.com, and you can also insert custom emoji. Emoji icons work in posts, post titles and profile signatures, and you can also select an avatar from the emoji library. Below are a few examples from emojione:

:japanese_ogre::skull::robot::tongue::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::sunglasses::kissing_heart::dragon::sun_with_face::earth_africa::sweat_drops::partly_sunny::ocean::dolphin::crocodile::leopard::snowboarder::guitar::dart::8ball::police_car::rocket::gun::desktop::camera::bulb::two_hearts::cool::loudspeaker::ballot_box_with_check::flag_no::flag_au::flag_br::bomb::balloon::joystick::helicopter::saxophone:

Code Syntax Highlighting
Highlighting code with color makes it more readable, right?
Code
<!-- html example -->
<div class="comparison-slider x3-style-frame" data-orientation="horizontal">
  <img src="{{path}}image1.jpg">
  <img src="{{path}}image2.jpg">
</div>

Image Popup
The forum now uses the same image popup mechanism as Imagevue X3 when clicking an image.

Languages :earth_africa:
Select from twelve languages for your forum interface. New users are able to select language on registration, while existing users can change their language in User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Global Settings > My Language.

:flag_de::flag_es::flag_gb::flag_fr::flag_jp::flag_it::flag_nl::flag_pl::flag_pt::flag_th::flag_ru::flag_cn:

Embed Videos :film_frames:

Great update mate!
Good theme. Good colours. Text is black and not grey. Post background is grey unless you hover over it, then its white. Better if the content area was a different colour than the grey background.  You are missing the Like button! :P :(  Can be used for appreciation or even voting and getting an idea of what people think.
Content is legible. Love it!

Bug. Logged in on main forums page. Access this topic and could not reply. Had to log in for a second time?

Thanks for giving the forums some TLC.

Didn't really find any well-crafted "like" plugin for phpBB. Besides, 90% of topics in this forum are normally questions, with answers by me ... Seems a bit pointless, so I figured "less is more". Instead, we have a "topic solved" feature, but I have not implemented it fully yet. You can see an example here:

Sorry, not sure, and can't immediately replicate. Will keep an eye out ...

If you don't mind me asking; is your back-end as beautiful as the front-end?

For the PHPBB forum? No not really ... The admin backend is not really used for much though, apart for user-management and forum-management. PHPBB is an old application, with too much junk, most of which has just been filtered out in our theme.

Well I'm just using it from the very start and I can confirm that I've not had any problem and Karl is always here to support us. Beautiful piece of software and fantastic support.

Hi!
The emoji-popup, is it meant to tell me the shortcode for the emoji or can I click/drag it into the post?

It's shortcode for any emoji. You can't "drag" into the post, but you can click to copy shortcode for any emoji, and then paste into the post. Seems like it is not working very well any more without the Flash plugin enabled in browser ... It used to automatically copy the icon you clicked, so you could paste it into the post.
