With the latest release Imagevue X3 0.12.12, we are getting ready to start rolling out this version as release candidate. This also means users of the previous beta (0.11), may wish to update their X3 websites to the latest 0.12 branch.
Since the 0.12 update, we changed the settings structure entirely for Imagevue X3. This was required so that we could maintain a proper settings structure, with default settings, and offer easy future updates. This does however means that previous beta users will need to use a script convert.php to update their settings and pages from 0.11 to the 0.12 branch.
Since the main structure of settings changed, and new settings were added, the conversion is approximate ... You should still go through your main settings after convert, and you will want to check your pages. The convert script basically attempts to convert settings from 0.11 YML files to 0.12 JSON files, in a different structure format.
1. Download convert.php.
2. Upload into the root of your X3 website.
3. Load the convert.php script from browser, for example yourdomain.com/convert.php. You will see a page:
4. Click "Convert All", or "Convert Settings/Pages" separately.
5. After you have converted everything, and checked your website, you can click "Clean Up". This will remove all settings- and page-settings from 0.11 version (yml files), and is irreversible.
Keep in mind, since version 0.12, there is a new settings->page section, where you can set page defaults. This is helpful because often you will not be using more than a handful of page layout combinations for your pages. Therefore, before setting up each gallery-page separately, you should first set up your "defaults", and you may not have to apply individual page settings.

I've converted by remove X3 previous version excepted the content folder.
After converted V.0.11 to V.0.12.12 I don't see a button for add the additional users.
But V.0.12.11 have it.
The converter does not change database/non-database login. You need to apply this setting separately from your admin ... I assume you were using DB-version of panel earlier? You need to use the DB-version to be able to set users from the panel.
Sorry Karl but this procedure has to be done before installing the new version replacing the old one or after?
Update all files, except your content folder, which still contains page.yml files and the _shared.yml file. Upload convert.php into root, and run it from browser, and from there it will do its best at converting those setting files in your "Content" into the new JSON format and structure.
I applied the conversion after uploading the new files. Of course the conversion did not appear to have done anything by looking at the results. My mobile site no longer loads images. How can this be remedied?

Not sure what you see, but all images are loading perfectly here.
For your information, you are using v0.12.12, while latest release is 0.12.14 ... There was a bug in earlier versions, which could be affecting your ability to view the images. The update is super-simple ... Just use your provided download link, but with x3.latest.nocontent.zip. Simply copy over the new files, without overwriting folders "content" and "config".
On a separate note, I see you have applied the "menu-absolute-*" body class to all/some of your pages? This is a special setting for the TOPBAR layout startpage, where you want the menu to OVERLAY the page. It is not meant for the sidebar, as you can see the sidebar overlays the content.

Not sure how you achieved it in the first place ... Either you have been "copying" settings from the start page to your other/new pages (which I don't know why you would want to do), OR you had the menu-absolute-* class applied to your settings->page->include (in which case, it would be easy to remove).
In either case, I saw you already fixed it for the gallery I made a screenshot from a few minutes ago ...
