What is in the pipeline for X3... X4?
Indeed. Been busy with a new version of files.gallery, including basic X3 compatibility, which means it will be shipped with next version of X3, mostly for experimental usage.

Shortly I will start a new X3 update, as some issues and features have piled up at the top of my todo list, including breadcrumbs and lightbox-cart.

After that, I may start considering X4.

Happy New Year!!
I have seen a couple of requests for this and I too have the issue with having to change my creation dates after editing my photos with photoshop or Lightroom.  Would it be possible to change the exif from creation date to DateTimeOrigial-Photo (Exif)?

Thanks in advance.

X3 already uses DateTimeOriginal from image EXIF, as long as it exists in the image and your server supports EXIF. If you are having problems with this, please send me the photo so I can diagnose it and/or a link to your website where I can see the photo.

oh, sorry, my mistake, I had some astrophotography photos that didn't include the actual DateTimeOriginal, rather just the DateTime Digitalized (Exif), so I guess X3 defaulted to the create date generated by Lightroom.

:thumbsup:X3 will first look for image EXIF DateTimeOriginal, and if that doesn't exist, it will use the mtime (modified time) on server, which is normally the time the file was added/uploaded into the file system. That could perhaps be matching your Lightroom create date. There are other EXIF time variations that X3 doesn't use, like "DateTimeDigitized", as results may be confusing.
