Internet Explorer and FireFox

Hey guys, I've integrated my imagevue in html and it works fine on FireFox but when I try to click ANYwhere on my site when I'm running Internet Explorer my html menu disappears ??
Any ideas ?

Well the website isn't online yet (still working on it ) but it took you guys actually some time to reply so I've found the solutions on other sites.
