Try increasing the following setting in your slideshowimagevueconfig.ini: There is no easy solution, because you need to have a close button or they will not be able to get back to the thumbnail gallery. Optionally, you could set the descriptions to appear elsewhere on your image, or below image. I might create a setting so that closebutton can be attached in optional position.

Thats because that is standalone slideshow. You cant close it, because there is no thumbnails. For the Imageveu gallery, there must be a close button, how else are you gonna get back to the gallery?

I would like to be able to remove the close button. I think it would be fairly intuitive to have the option of clicking on the image to close the slideshow.

Alternatively a close button could be made available in the main controls.
